Compensation:$55,000 - $60,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain product, supplies, and labor costs Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures Manage all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage department including budget, menu development, staff oversight, schedule, and customer service Create and maintain staff operation schedules Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements Qualifications: Hospitality customer relationship management experience a plus Food handling license required High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision Understanding of national food and health safety regulations About CompanyLocated on the coastline of Hilo Bay, the Grand Naniloa Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton is 30 mi from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
